Common reasons why drivers don't meet our approval guidelines

You are not over 23 years of age or older
You do not have a valid driver's license
Driver has insufficient insurance history
Driver has more than 1 at fault claim on their insurance history in the last 5 years
Driver has recent, major driving violations, such as stunt driving or multiple excessive speeding tickets
Driver has more than 3 demerit points on their motor vehicle record

For international drivers

You have not provided the documents requested by Roam
The documents provided are rejected by Roam's insurance partners

Our goal is make Roam accessible to as many drivers as possible so we take great care when reviewing the background of each driver to determine eligibility.
